EqualityActJapan is an international petition campaign to enact the “LGBT Equality Act” in Japan. Japan’s lack of protection for LGBT people fails to meet the requirements of the Olympic Charter, Olympic Agenda 2020 or human rights standards. The campaign takes the opportunity to bring awareness while in the spotlight during the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020.
